Hello, I'm Sakib.
Hi, I'm a Technical Support Engineer focused on helping Shopify store owners get the most out of the Zepto Product Personalizer app. Every day, I work closely with merchants, answering questions, solving technical issues, and making sure their experience with the app is smooth and frustration-free.
I handle support through Zendesk via email and live chat, and whenever I spot a bigger issue, I work with our development team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on what users really need. I also create easy-to-follow videos for merchants, walking them through product features, customization options, and tips to get the best results from the app.
Outside of Shopify, I'm active in the WordPress community. I have hands-on experience building WordPress landing pages and setting up Learning Management Systems (LMS) using Tutor LMS. I love working on projects that make websites more user-friendly and educational.
At the core, I’m passionate about solving problems, making technology easier for people to use, and constantly learning new skills to better support users.
